Project Description:
SCF Roofing and Construction was asked to provide a new flat roof to this clients’ garage. The original garage roof was leaking and the client was planning on converting the garage into an additional bedroom so needed a reliable, weather proof roof.

The client therefore commissioned SCF to complete a full re-roof of the flat roof above the garage. The job included striping the original bitumen, spraying the roof with suitable timber treatment, right through to the full installation of the new flat roof including fascia boards, soffits, guttering, etc.
